Roadschooling

what is Roadschooling?

We have a Spring and Fall Roadschooling trip.  We prepare to learn about some new parts of the world by reading living novels, doing background research and viewing primary source documentaries.  When we travel, we not only complete worksheets and mini-assignments at all of our educational stops, we also keep a 'Roadschool Journal' complete with drawings and writing entries.

While participation in these trips are in no way required, our students have greatly enjoyed learning to travel and exploring this amazing world that God has created.  We even learn a little about ourselves on the journey.

Parents are encouraged to travel along as chaperones if their schedules allow it.
